Certifications

As we are based at the foot of the Monte Grappa and near to the Piave River, keeping our environment exactly how we found it is particularly important to us. We have been certified ISO 14001, sets out the criteria for an environmental management system, for a very long time now. Occupational safety is one of our priorities. That’s why we implement measures that go beyond the ISO 9001:2015 certification, which we have since 2001.

2M Decori SpA has received on February 3, 2021 the “Workplace Condi- tion Assessment (WCA): Achievement Award” certification by Intertek, as conforming to the requirements of work- place condition assessment.

Energy savings

As the melting point is reached at relatively low temperatures, our zamak allows us to consume less energy compared to other metals used in our industry.

We use a closed loop system. The water we use for our finishing processes is used (no waste) and cleaned again, so that we do not emit anything harmful into the environment.
