Our products and long-standing collaborative relationships with our clients say it all. For those who don’t know us, it would be useful to remember which of our strengths make us stand out from the crowd.
We continuously research and experiment processes and special combinations.
We work with metals, polymers, wood, leather, stones, etc.
We create our prototypes quickly within the established deadlines.
We have a vertical production process: the whole production process takes place on our premises, therefore, we are able to guarantee complete control over the production chain, timeframe responses, and uniformity in our work.
We mainly use the zamak alloy we have developed: zamak alloys are particularly malleable, but at the same time, they are resistant, light, strong, and more affordable.
We also process other metals, including brass.
What’s more, internally managing all stages of production guarantees confidentiality for our clients: their ideas do not leave the confines of our facilities.
Our alloy is non-allergenic, as it contains no nickel or cadmium, and, unlike other metals, its lead content is less than 30 ppm (parts per million).
